You must be 18+ years old to commission me.

All payment is required after the sketch phase, through invoices only. I do not accept other forms of payment.

You may not post my art without credit to me.

You may not modify my art without my written permission, including coloring in lineart.

You may not sell my art or otherwise claim ownership to my art without paying an extra fee for full copyright privileges. You may however, print the art for personal use.

I will draw NSFW content.

I will not draw content that contains subject material that I do not agree with

I will provide a comprehensive list of content I will and will not draw upon request

I retain the full copyright to all images that I produce.

I retain the right to use any and all content I make for promotional images, Patreon content, or prints/product.

If you do not want your character featured in any of these, please work this out with me prior to commissioning me.

I retain to use rejected sketches / thumbnails / concepts for other work.

I do not issue refunds unless I am unable to provide a piece due to an unexpected event. In the event of this happening, I will contact you and refund your money in full.

I do not refund if you are unhappy with the work produced. I will try and work with you to make sure you are happy with a piece, if possible.
